We’re looking for an effective leader to manage our Pathways to Employment Team, a service that involves helping people to develop new skills, undertake new qualifications, gain some work experience for their CV, or exploring a new career choice.

Job Title: Pathways to Employment Lead
Location: Based at The Cellar Trust, Farfield Road, Shipley, BD18 4QP, plus some travel across the Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven areas
Responsible to: Head of Client Services
Hours of work: 30 hours per week (part time) Monday – Friday
Salary: £22,885-£28,770 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)
Holiday allowance: 25 days per year plus bank holidays, pro-rata
