The Cellar Trust is a great place to work – we deliver excellent award winning services for our clients; we provide great opportunities for volunteers and we are an employer that is committed to increasing employee wellbeing, job satisfaction and development.
How many people can say that the work they do every day changes and saves lives? At The Cellar Trust we’ve been doing just that for the last 30 years, supporting people with mental health problems to move forward in their recovery and live independent, fulfilling lives. Whatever your role here you will see the direct contribution to what we do and the difference that that makes.
We believe in partnership – between ourselves and other local organisations, our clients, and of course our fantastic team. We are passionate about individuals and teams flourishing so we invest in ongoing personal and professional development, and look for opportunities for people to embrace their skills and passions. We also have a staff wellbeing group and offer peer support, ensuring that you come to work each day to a nurturing and friendly environment. We know life that work/life balance is essential so there are also opportunities for flexible working hours – we expect our staff to be flexible in their role so the least we can do is offer that flexibility back wherever possible.
We’re innovators. We believe in continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to be at the cutting edge of delivery – and everyone in our organisation has an opportunity to input into and drive that innovation.
We are a lovely team (even if we do say so ourselves), and we’re always on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about mental health to join our team, and that’s where you come in.
