With not long until Christmas we have some advice for you to make sure this festive season is a mentally healthy one.


Christmas can be fun, but it also puts us under stress and there are some easy steps you can take to reduce the negative impact of the feastive season and make sure things go smoothly.

You can also support helping everyone live mentally healthier lives by:

  • Helping the Mental Health Foundation to raise money when you do your Christmas shopping online by using the Give as you Live scheme. Give as You Live provides a price comparison search and donates money to charity when you shop at no extra cost to you, so you can save money on your Christmas shopping and support a good cause at the same time!
  • Send Christmas cards that help support as you can buy them online.
  • Help us fight for better mental health services with a donation to our Christmas Appeal fighting for better mental health services. We want to make sure people are getting the best possible suport from GPs, doctors and other mental health workers and we need your help.
