We run a variety of both personal development and professional development courses. Most courses are usually delivered in one 3-hour session to a small group.

Managing Stress and Building Resilience – this course looks at ways to help you deal with stressful situations.

Self Esteem – in this course we focus on ways to increase your self-belief and confidence.

Communication and Teamwork – this course will help you to feel confident about communicating and working with other people.

Our professional development courses

Customer Service – this course focuses on helping you provide excellent and friendly customer service.

Professional Boundaries – this course is designed to build your skills in keeping boundaries in a professional yet friendly and approachable way.

Time Management – this course will guide you on how to effectively and efficiently manage your time as well as help you identify and manage your priorities.

Who can attend these courses?

These courses are open to people accessing our Vocational Recovery and Work Retention services. Unfortunately these courses are not open to the public.
