Our courses

We’ll be hosting a series of FREE one-hour and two-hour online courses and webinars throughout the year.

The sessions will provide information and awareness on a range of topics and have been specially selected to support the wider community in response to the ongoing Covid 19 crisis.

Sessions are approximately one hour in duration and will be facilitated by Cellar Trust staff. They will take place online via Zoom and will be delivered in a presentation/webinar format with opportunities to ask questions at the end. Please be aware that these courses are open to all and by signing up all participants agree to act in a safe and appropriate manner at all times.

“Thank you for providing the four courses on Stress, Low Mood, Change and Resilience [during Mental Health Awareness Week]. I thought the courses were all great and delivered well and there is definitely a future in online delivery and online peer support in my opinion. I thought the courses were pitched at exactly the right level including just key information with ample opportunity to ask questions, so well done to you all. I made a lot of notes but I will refer to them often.”
