Suicide Awareness Training

Suicide Awareness is also a free one hour educational class aimed to improve our awareness of causes, risk factors and warning signs for suicide. The session will introduce different ways to engage with people feeling suicidal including how to both talk and listen to people feeling suicidal.

We’re running a number of scheduled Suicide Awareness Training sessions via Zoom due to the pandemic – keep checking back for the information about upcoming sessions. Previously we were able to run this training in person at The Cellar Trust or at an external venue. Due to current restrictions we are unable to do this.

**WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY**

We’re running this session in the run up to World Mental Health Day (Saturday 10th October) to raise awareness for mental health
