Going back to work after a period of mental ill-health can be extremely challenging, as can staying in work when you’re dealing with mental health issues. Workplace Wellbeing, is our free monthly support group designed specifically to help people transition back into employment and remain healthy while working.

Workplace Wellbeing is open to anyone living in the Bradford district, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven areas, who is experiencing a mental health problem, provided they are either in employment or on sick leave from work.

Our next session will be on Thursday 28th March at the M&S Cafe, Bradford Broadway, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1US from 5.30 pm – 7.30pm

You don’t need to be accessing any of the other Cellar Trust services to attend a Workplace Wellbeing session. You also don’t have to attend every month, however many people do.

Jayne, our Pathways to Employment Lead, said: “We have been incredibly fortunate to work with Marks and Spencer in providing a relaxed, supportive space for our workplace wellbeing group. The group runs on a monthly basis and it’s aim is to use peer support as a means for people to keep themselves well whilst in work. Anyone is welcome and in addition to providing a space for the group to meet, Marks and Spencer generously provide light refreshments for us.”
