Our Training team is responsible for delivering our range of Mental Health and Wellbeing courses and webinars.
Training Programme Lead
Prior to joining The Cellar Trust in 2020, Burnie spent 20 years managing major, high profile business transformation and information technology programmes, across a wide range of private and public sector organisations. He is APMP, MSP & Prince2 qualified, as well as a Change Management Practitioner, and is accountable for delivery of the mental health and well-being training programme.
Mental Health Trainer
Greg is an experienced training facilitator and qualified youth and community development worker with a professional background developing and delivering personal development focussed programmes. Before moving to the training team he was a Senior Employment Specialist on the Pathways to Employment team and previously worked as a Prince’s Trust team leader in Bradford prior to joining The Cellar Trust.
Mental Health Training Facilitator
Sarah is a Business graduate, with over 25 years government based HR and Corporate Learning & Development experience. She is an accomplished Policy Analyst, having lead multiple research projects in support of legislation and policy development for a range of departments, including Adult Social Care for the Department of Health and Social Care. Sarah brings to her role lived experience of mental health issues and is an accredited Peer Support Worker.
Training Support Officer
Stephen has spent the last few years working and studying in the higher education sector. He obtained his MA and PhD in English Literature at the University of Leeds and continues to hold a Visiting Research Fellow post in the School of English there, as well as working part-time as a Postdoctoral Teaching Assistant. He started working in HR at The Cellar Trust in June 2020 and now works in the newly-created Training Team.
Wellbeing Coach and Training Facilitator
David is a qualified educator with many years of experience teaching Linguistics, Creative Writing. Adult Literacy, English Functional Skills and ESOL. David is passionate about peer support and raising mental health awareness.
