Support over the Christmas and New Year period
You’re not alone this winter. Even as the days get colder and darker, support is just a call away. Safe Spaces is here 365 days a year, ready to listen, offer guidance and help you through difficult moments. For anyone aged 5 and over in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven, we provide same day urgent support for those in emotional distress.
No referral or diagnosis needed – just reach out. Call First Response on 0800 952 1181 and ask for Safe Spaces to talk with a trained professional who will help you reach the support you need.
