Team Leader (Reach)

Shipley / Bradford District

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to deliver day to day operational management and leadership of our Reach community support team. The team works alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CHMTs) across the district to support clients with serious mental illness (SMI) to reach their goals. You would provide line management to the team ensuring all relevant safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also hold a small caseload as needed. You will collect and analyse data to produce monthly project monitoring and reporting as well as supporting the development, promotion, and evaluation of the Reach project. You must have at least 2 years’ experience of working one to one with clients who face challenges with their mental health, including with clients with SMI and 2 years’ experience of leading and managing people.
