We’re looking for two passionate Peer Support Workers to join our Trust Therapies service, supporting individuals with complex emotional needs. Using your own lived experience of mental health recovery, you’ll empower clients to develop DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) skills, build resilience, and transition out of therapy with confidence. Full DBT training will be provided to the right candidates. You’ll offer one-to-one support, lead peer and well-being groups, and encourage independence through community activities.
