Community, Outreach, Recovery and Engagement

One-to-one, community-based support for people in the Bradford District with severe mental illness (SMI) to help set goals. This partnership service exists to support people who cannot currently access statutory services or are transitioning between statutory and community support.

In 2025-26...

we supported 249 people on their mental health journey through 2,064 sessions of support.

99% of people felt supported and listened to by their support worker.

93% of people felt happy with the support they received from The Cellar Trust.

85% of people supported by CORE showed improved wellbeing.

It’s really nice to have someone to speak to who actually listens to me. Out of all of the professionals I’ve been to, you’re the only one who hasn’t told me that you can’t help me or tried to send me anywhere else.
