Pathways to Employment
Work with our Partnership Engagement Officer to explore opportunities for work placements, work trials and paid work opportunities.

Work Retention
We understand the barriers and challenges people face when going back to work after a period of mental ill health. But we also know how beneficial having a job is to health, wellbeing and financial security, that’s why our experienced team are dedicated to supporting people through this difficult period

Workshops and courses
We offer a range of free interactive courses to help you build confidence and self-esteem and learn new skills such as managing change and conflict resolution designed to support your journey.
In 2024-25...

we supported 317 people in their employment journey through 1,819 sessions of support.

100% of people felt supported and listened to by their support worker and were satisfied with the service.

91% of people said they had been supported to overcome challenges in their lives that were impacting their mental health.

There was a 47% increase in people achieving positive employment-related outcomes – whether through jobs, placements, or volunteering.
