Associate Therapist – High Intensity CBT / EMDR / MBT (Accredited)
Bradford District and Craven for face-to-face and online therapy
Are you ready to use your therapeutic skills to make a real difference in the lives of people who need it most? Do you want flexibility, purpose, and a genuinely supportive team around you? If so — we’d love to have you with us at The Cellar Trust (Trust Therapies).
We’re looking for a CBT/EMDR or MBT Associate Therapists to provide short-term, evidence-based therapy (typically 6–12 sessions) to clients with specialist and complex needs, including Complex trauma and emotional dysregulation, Critical or long-term health conditions, Complex bereavement and grief, Relationship and psychosexual difficulties
You’ll deliver high-quality 1:1 interventions in a way that is safe, ethical, trauma-informed, culturally competent, aligned with BABCP standards. You’ll also contribute to integrated care pathways, safeguarding, record keeping, clinical outcomes monitoring, and ongoing service improvement.
