Peer Support Worker (Trust Therapies)

Shipley / Community based across Bradford District

We’re looking for two passionate Peer Support Workers to join our Trust Therapies service, supporting individuals with complex emotional needs. Using your own lived experience of mental health recovery, you’ll empower clients to develop DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) skills, build resilience, and transition out of therapy with confidence. Full DBT training will be provided to the right candidates. You’ll offer one-to-one support, lead peer and well-being groups, and encourage independence through community activities. Recovery Worker (Enablement, Rehabilitation and Crisis)

Clayton and Shipley with some community based across Bradford District

Make a real difference by providing recovery-oriented rehabilitation support to adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions. Mental health experience is essential for this role, as you will be working in partnership with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust, Adult Social Care, Horton Housing, and Care Housing to help individuals rebuild skills, confidence, and independence to prepare for living well in the community. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred, evidence-based interventions that promote recovery, wellbeing, and social inclusion for up to 14 residents.
