For anxiety and depression, Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service for people aged 16 and over who are registered with a GP in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven.

Keighley Pathways

For people aged 18+ living in the Keighley District, who are facing challenges and feel they might be at crisis point.

Working in partnership with several local organisations who are specialists in particular areas (e.g. mental health, substance misuse, domestic violence, health and wellness, benefits advice). Currently the service is offering both face to face and telephone pre-arranged appointments for specialist advice, information and referrals to local services.

Living Well

Living Well is an initiative led by Bradford Council Public Health and Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership. It aims to address the rising levels of obesity and reduce the high levels of early and preventable deaths within the district. We want to make the healthy choice the easy choice for people in Bradford District.

Living Well provides information, advice and support to create an environment that encourages and empowers people in Bradford district to eat well, move more and maintain good mental wellbeing.

Substance misuse

Project 6

Project 6 is a voluntary sector drug and alcohol charity working in Keighley, providing services for individuals, families and communities affected by substance use, and those who may be experiencing multiple disadvantages.

Delivering support in different ways including 1:1 appointments, group meetings and activities and an increasing range of digital and online support. A harm reduction and recovery focused service working to help people reduce the risks associated with substance misuse.
