Mind in Bradford also help people who are struggling with emotional and mental health problems across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. Sanctuary.

MyWellbeing IAPT Service

MyWellbeing IAPT Service is a free NHS service to help people manage everyday problems such as feeling low, having problems sleeping, feeling anxious and experiencing stress.

Options range from online courses in the comfort of your own home to getting out and meeting new people in our group courses. If there is an option that suits you, you can enrol yourself and then chat to a member of our qualified enrolment team.

Keighley Pathways

For people aged 18+ living in the Keighley District, who are facing challenges and feel they might be at crisis point.

Working in partnership with several local organisations who are specialists in particular areas (e.g. mental health, substance misuse, domestic violence, health and wellness, benefits advice). Currently the service is offering both face to face and telephone pre-arranged appointments for specialist advice, information and referrals to local services.

Wharfe Valley Pathways

When: Every Thursday, 9.30 – 15.30

Where: Christchurch, The Grove, Ilkley

A free and confidential service for people 18+ living in the Wharfe Valley area (including Ilkley, Addingham, Burley in Wharfedale). Providing support to people who are concerned about their physical or mental well-being.

Providing specialist one to one support around:

  • Mental health
  • Drugs and/or alcohol
  • Health and wellness

Currently the service is offering face to face appointments, which can be booked in advance or by dropping in. The team also runs a series of wellbeing courses, information sessions, and peer support groups.

Substance misuse

Project 6

Project 6 is a voluntary sector drug and alcohol charity working in Keighley, providing services for individuals, families and communities affected by substance use, and those who may be experiencing multiple disadvantages.

Delivering support in different ways including 1:1 appointments, group meetings and activities and an increasing range of digital and online support. A harm reduction and recovery focused service working to help people reduce the risks associated with substance misuse.
